Each basic package includes the ceremony, bridal bouquet and boutonniere, 15 professional photos, sparkling wine toast, recorded music, and a wedding coordinator to make all the arrangements and supervise on wedding day. The bouquet includes local flowers in season) (Orchids and other exotic flower to Mexico are an extra cost, but can be arranged).

Villa Package

Package 1 (minister - Non Legal)

• Minister's Ceremony (13 lucky gold coins, marriage certificate, unity candle and transportation for Minister within city limits)
• Bridal bouquet (medium) and boutonniere
• Photography (15 best 6X8 photos (choose from approx. 25 shots)
• One bottle of Sparkling white wine for toast (for couple only)
• CD or recorded music during the wedding ceremony
• Consulting (personal coordinator(s) in charge of consulting, coordinating and supervising the wedding day)

Legal

Package 2 (civil judge - legal)

• Civil Ceremony - (birth certificate translations, signature fees, 1 marriage certificate and translation, blood tests & health certificates, fees, transportation to briefing and back and transportation for official within city limits)
• Bridal bouquet (medium) and boutonniere
• Photography (15 best 6X8 photos (choose from approx. 25 shots)
• One bottle of Sparkling white wine for toast (for couple only)
• CD or recorded music during the wedding ceremony
• Consulting (personal coordinator(s) in charge of consulting, arrangements, processing documents, transportation to briefing and supervising the wedding day)

Spiritual & Legal

Package 3 (minister and judge)

Catholic Church Wedding

Package 4 (Church wedding)

• Church Wedding (use of church facilities)

• Consulting (personal coordinator(s) in charge of consulting, coordinating and supervising the wedding day)

• To be married in the catholic church, you need to obtain documents from your parish in your country. Your Wedding Coordinator provides the instructions for handling your arrangements with your church, upon reservation of your wedding date.

Terms and Conditions

• Civil weddings do not include additional translation fees for divorce decree(s), name change or death certificate where applicable.
(Fee - $35 per translation)
• Ceremony rehearsals are not included with the basic packages.
• If you require additional services, you will require a custom wedding plan.
• All arrangements are finalized and made in advance of your arrival to Puerto Vallarta.
• A meeting upon your arrival is included at your location or in our offices.
• A $350 dollar deposit is required to book your date intitiate the planning process.

Vallarta Weddings offers additional services that you can add to a basic wedding package.

• Floral arrangements for ceremony or reception, family members, bridesmaids etc.
• Bamboo or floral altar (starting at $200dls)
• Chairs (from $3 to $6 dls each)
• Transportation (private vans to the beaches etc.)
• Decorations - simple or elaborate for ceremony or reception (lights, candles etc)
• Receptions/dinners (sit-down or buffet), table decor
• Live music such as Mariachis, Trios, Soloists, etc.

Coordinator's Duties - Responsibilities include handling all the arrangements for the ceremony location, flowers and photographer. For civil ceremonies, your wedding coordinator will provide the information and instructions you need to prepare your documents for the legal wedding in Mexico. Your wedding coordinator will pick you up from your hotel (within city limits, Boca to Marina Vallarta) to take you to the briefing and blood tests and back to your hotel.

• Transportation - How many persons will be attending? We recommend hiring transportation for your group to get to the ceremony location from thier hotel and then to a reception location or back to their hotel. This ensures all guests will get to the right location and on time and then be transported to the next location after the ceremony. Taxis are not the best means of wedding transportation for a wedding, unless the locations are well known places, such as the church and the popular restaurants in town.
